Management must approve all returns and exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for store credit only, no cash or credit card refunds. Returns and exchanges must be done within 7 days from the date of purchase with original receipt. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and when applicable, with the original box, with all warranty cards and instruction booklets intact. A re-stocking charge of 25% may be applicable.
Special Orders: Special order items are not returnable or exchangeable. Special orders are defined as any non-inventory purchase, or any stock item custom made or altered at customer’s request. A minimum deposit of 100% is required at the time of order and is not refundable.
Repairs: All watches that are overhauled and cleaned are warranted for one year from the date of delivery, unless otherwise designated. The warranty does not cover watches which have been abused, tempered with, or if the watch shows signs of rust. Retailer is not responsible for worn or broken parts, which were not necessary to replace at the time of overhaul. There are no warranties on crystals, stems, crowns, or watchbands. Once a water-resistant watch has been opened to change a battery, it may no longer retain its water-resistant properties. Retailer does not warranty any water-resistant watch against leakage, unless it has undergone a pressure test after battery change. There are additional fees for pressure testing. When replacing batteries, Retailer responsibility shall be limited to the battery only. Proof of appraised value on any item in for repair is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide if needed. We are only responsible for the specific repairs that were performed to the item. Problems resulting from inherent flaws, abusive or excessive wear, customer negligence, or accidental damage, are not covered. Retailer, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to designate some repairs as non-warrantable. Retailer reserves the right to determine if a problem is covered by warranty, and to choose the course of corrective action. No article will be delivered without a proper claim check or receipt, and Retailer will not be responsible for articles left over 90 days.
