Shipping and Delivery
Calgary Jewellery offers delivery throughout Alberta, if you live outside Alberta and wish to place an order, please contact us at (403) 245 3131 or email info@calgaryjewellery.com
Validated orders placed on the website will be shipped within 1-5 business days. All special orders placed over the phone and/or in-store are subject to the manufacturer’s availabilityand as such we cannot guarantee a delivery date unless specified otherwise.
For shipping in Alberta, we currently offer the following options,
Store Pick-Up: You may choose to pick up your online order at our store free of charge. Once you place an order you will receive a "Ready To Pick Up" email with instructions on the next steps.
Priority Shipping: For all orders under CAN $1,500 a flat rate of CAN $75 will be charged for priority overnight shipping.
Orders over CAN $1,500: Free priority overnight shipping will be applied to all orders over CAN $1,500.
All orders shipped by FedEx will require a signature. Calgary Jewellery will not ship to P.O. boxes and will only ship to a validated address. Calgary Jewellery is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping terms and conditions are subject to change.
If your order does not arrive within 5 days business days of its estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately. Any notification outside of the time period mentioned will affect our investigation and any claim towards the missing order will be rejected.
Return & Exchange Policy
Orders placed on the website may be returned on an exchange basis for another item/s of equal or greater purchase value. Please note requirements and exceptions below.
Requirements & Exceptions
- Within ten (10) business days of your purchase date, please contact Calgary Jewellery by phone at +1 (403) 245-3131 or by email at info@calgaryjewellery.com to obtain a ‘Return Merchandise Authorization’ (RMA).
- Calgary Jewellery will authorize an RMA providing the returned product has not been used or worn and is in its original condition including all packaging.
- Return requests made after 10 business days from the original date of purchase will NOT be eligible for return and exchange.
Calgary Jewellery only accepts returns in-store or if they are couriered via FEDEX. Calgary Jewellery will issue a FEDEX shipping label to the email address associated with your purchase. You must keep a record of the tracking number once you have organized a pick up from FEDEX.
- Upon receipt of your return, the Quality Assurance Department at Calgary Jewellery will ensure that all RMA conditions have been met for approval.
- Within 5 business days of RMA approval, Calgary Jewellery will credit your account allowing you to select another item in exchange, either on-line, or in person.
For returns at the store: All products must be in its original condition and packaging along with the receipt. Calgary Jewellery will accept your return and credit you for an exchange post RMA approval.
Associated Fees
- Calgary Jewellery reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping, insurance and restocking fees against your credit note for your exchange.
Exceptions
- Special Offers, Special Orders, Sale Items, Custom Orders are ‘FINAL SALE’ and as such will not qualify for return or exchange / RMA.
- Any item/s found to be not in its original condition upon inspection will not be eligible for an RMA.
